Permanent Supportive Housing

“A stable home is more than a place to live—it is the foundation from which recovery, independence, and possibility can grow.”

Find Stability

Safe, stable housing provides a foundation for recovery, independence, and a healthier life. Our Permanent Supportive Housing program helps eligible individuals experiencing serious mental illness, homelessness, or housing instability overcome barriers to obtaining and maintaining a home.

Our team works alongside each member to develop independent living skills, connect with essential resources, and address challenges that could place their housing at risk. Through individualized, recovery-oriented support, we help members build the confidence, skills, and community connections needed for long-term stability.
